A collection of motorcycle tools. Most of these tools are available but I often design and print
my own. The STL files are hosted on thingiverse.
This damper rod holder tool is for holding
12.5, 14, 16 and 18mm KYB and Showa cartridge and shock shaft rods. The rods use chrome, DLC,
Kashima and other sensitive coatings that may scratch from metal holders. I recommend 100% infill
for clamping force.
This cartridge jam fork tool is for holding 12.5 and
14mm KYB and Showa spring fork cartridge rods for base nut removal. The rods use chrome, DLC,
Kashima and other sensitive coatings that may scratch from metal holders. I recommend 100% infill
for clamping force.
KYB/Showa 50mm shock seal body driver for KYB and Showa
50mm bodies. 100% infill is recommended.
The Bell Moto 9 Flex helmet mouthpiece clips break
forcing you to buy the whole mouthpiece. These are the replaceable clips that are held in place
with a small Phillips screw.
The Motion Pro fork oil leveling tool syringe does not
put enough pressure on the rubber sealing head. It tends to pop off during use. This syringe is 2mm
larger at the sealing head mounting area.
Wheel plugs for 25mm and 22mm axles used for washing
wheels.
This chain block measuring tool is used to produce
a consistent chain slack measurement. It sits up against the swingarm chain guide. It is 58mm talls
and allows for an extra 3mm of slack for sand and silt build up in the chain that causes premature
wear and potential chain breakage.
This shock shaft protector is for KYB and Showa 16 mm
shock shafts. It protects the Race Tech spring compressor tool from making direct contact with
the coated shock shaft.
This shock shaft protector is for KYB and Showa 18 mm
shock shafts. It protects the Race Tech spring compressor tool from making direct contact with
the coated shock shaft.
This cartridge holder tool is for holding 28mm KYB and
Showa inner chamber cartridges when disassembling them. 100% infill is recommended for clamping force.
This cartridge holder tool is for holding 29mm KYB and
Showa inner chamber cartridges when disassembling them. 100% infill is recommended for clamping force.

SSF TAC inner chamber cartridge when disassembling. 100% infill is recommended for clamping force.
